Exceptional

Erything is so nice; location near bus stop and MRT. Facilities are so nice and comfortable. Very nice staff who is very welcome to help and suggest.

Very active housekeeper who want to clean up a room. Although it'll be better if she can complete her job as soon as possible but it shouldn't be good to ring the doorbell to let customer for checking out before check-out time.

It is a very good choice with reasonable price. It will be our selection for our next trip.

The location is around the corner for Ximen center and subway. Many restaurants, shops, and Carrefour nearby.

We booked the bunk bed room, the bed stairs are not that easy to go up and down.

definitely a good place to stay if you are a solo traveller!! for two pax can is can but need to accomodate w each other

clean and really near to the mrt

the room feels too small to be for 2 pax. and we had a hard time opening luggages and had to take turns to do it. the toliet was quiet small and i tend to accidentally hit my head on the wall????. but otherwise alls good! its just how it was designed!

Great experience for my first trip in Taipei Taiwan.

The room very clean and light also great location for access to shopping spot. you can walk form hotel to MRT Ximen within 2 minuite to goto other tourist spot too.

Location of the hotel is good. Near to Ximending metro exit 1.

Toilet do not have shower screen. After shower , all the floor will be wet. Room were very small. Breakfast is very basics .

Great location, small room

We were a bit anxious seeing other travellers commenting on potential dust issue, but we were happy to find that did not happen to us. The room was clean and neat, even though very small as seen on the photos. Preparing an umbrella in the room was a nice touch. Very central easily accessible location. We did not try the hotel's breakfast as we enjoyed the various Taipei food options nearby.

The glass blocking the shower and the sink was too narrow, hence the showing water could easily sprinkle out from above the bath tub, and water on the edge of the bath tub would flow down to the floor of the toilet, wetting the entire floor. If I recall correctly we felt that there were too few electric sockets in the room. The hotel provides souvenir booking service, which is a good plus. However, the staff was not flexible enough to allow us order in advance before our second time check-in. Eventually we could not remember to make souvenir order in time for our flight.

Close to subway station and ximending with all the shops and restaurants, yet quiet during the night. Clean room with very nice design, bed is comfortable, has all the amenities you need

Washbasin is outside the bathroom, so water would spill on the floor when you use it.

It is super close to ximen subway exit 1 basically won't get wet if it rains. It is new and clean. Staff are very friendly and i was a bit late and they are willing to extend my checkout time a bit
